    Cardio PWO meal what should it be???

    If cardio is done on empty stomach, what should the pwo meal look like? Should it be the same as i have after regular workout which is whey shake with oats or should it consist of something else???

    I always just eat my normal breakfast, which consists of oats, eggs, and berries. I probably wouldn't choose a steak but at the same time, I don't see any need for a shake.

    Much is really dependant upon what your goals are. After my AM cardio I usually do egg whites (2 w/yokes) with some chicken breast mixed in and a cup of oats.
