To start off, i'll give you my stats.

age: 18
height: 5'6
weight: 140
Lifting exp: not much, about a year
cycle exp: Albuterol, currently doing 6mgs preworkout for 6 weeks.
goals: Trim my body fat down below 10%, bulid muscle, get stronger, and look great
BMR = 1508
TDEE = 2791

How should I sort out my carbs/protein/fat ?
