    Healthy Fat Sources

    What are the best healthy fat sources for meals?

    I usually eat at least 1/2 cup of almonds ED!

    There are lots though..

    Olives are high in mono-saturated.
    I use extra virgin olive oil.
    Avocados..
    Fish have lots of EFAs

    These are all good, also natural peanut butter, fish oils, flax seed oils and cashews

    So whats the best way to add these to a meal? I mean the nuts are obvious but with the oil it seems like youd need a salad or something of that nature?

    cook your meat in it.

    add to salads as you said.

    You can now buy bottles of cooking oil that have omega 3,6 and 9 in them, there tasty aswel

    sesame seeds is a good one, there really tasty on chicked breast or steak/fish, you can add them to anything really

    just put the oil in shakes or have on a spoon
