Check out my diet please
hey guys i am new here to the forum . maybe some of you can help me out with my diet thanks .
ive been hitting the gym for over 4 months already and i am about to start a cutting diet.
6"0
187 lb.
21 yrs
Goal _ i wanna get ripped with some size ( maybe jumping on ANAVAR )
8 AM - flaxseed , fish oil , amino acid
1 1/2 cup of egg white
( hit the gym between 9-11 am )
11 AM - protein shake with oatmeal for snack
2 PM - 1 cup of brown rice , chicken breast , and a banana
5 PM - sweet potato with a tilapia fillet
( if still hungry maybe an apple or grapes after )
8 PM - veggies with turkey ground beef patties
11 PM - before bed time ill have a protein shake
Should i have a flaxseed fish oil and amino acid before each meal ?
How much sweet potato should i be eating ?
They also told me i should have a spoon of peanut butter everyday . is this true ?
Should i have Cottage cheese before bedtime ?
