    Bulking snag

    I'm new to the forums so please don't hate me if I get some of the procedures wrong. I work at a hospital full time and have a hard time getting meals in like clockwork. I went from 145lbs to my current of 165lbs in a month. I haven't gain anything since and need some advice. I have a cow's milk/lactose problem so some of the diet stuff I can't work with. But here's my stats...

    wt: 165lbs
    ht: 6'1
    age: 26
    BF%: no clue, I'm a skinny bastard

    My diet has consisted of:

    (morning)

    Homemade weight gainer shake:
    1/3c raw oatmeal
    4tbsp flaxseed oil
    1/3c natural peanut butter
    1 banana
    2scoops whey isolate powder(i know it's milk based but it hasn't given me more than a mild case of hives which clears up in an hour)
    16oz soy milk (chocolate flavor)
    1 tbsp natural cocoa syrup

    I also pair this with my GNC vitapaks since I'm too F'ing full to eat anything after that.

    before lunch snack:
    Met-rx super cookie crunch bar


    lunch:
    (i make alot of this in advance for the week i'll break down ingredients)

    home made chicken pot pie

    Filling
    2 cups water
    14 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 carrots, peeled (about 1 cup)
    2 ribs celery (about 1 cup)
    1 medium onion (about 3/4 cup)
    2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 cup margrine
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 cup peas

    crust is just flour, salt, water, and a little shortening

    Afternoon:
    Rigatoni pasta

    16oz 93/7 beef
    4cups wheat rigatoni (cooked)
    2cups low sodium prego sauce

    pre workout evening:
    another pro bar/creatine

    post workout:
    1 scoop whey isolate shake
    12oz soy milk
    1scoop creatine powder

    1 large can of tuna
    2tbsp flaxseed oil
    2cup cooked rice


    and before bed 12g protein in pill form


    I'm a newbie to bulking, suggestions or an overhaul would be great. I'm on a fixed budget with a family to support. I'm not really looking for super huge, but I'd like to be 190 to 200lbs.
