Dropping weight and eating less. Will your body adjust?
I'm trying to drop weight for MMA and I'm eating less and doing more cardio. My goal is to drop 10lbs. over the next few months. Since I started dieting I'm ALWAYS starving and I can't seem to get this under control. The question I have is when I drop this weight and I'm eating less will my body simply adjust to the amount of calories I need or will I always be fighting this hunger issue?
I did a winter bulk and put on a ton of weight but now I need to get back to where I started. I'm 34 years old, 5'8" tall 191lbs. and 12% and have been training for a few years. My winter bulk started at 176lbs. and I peaked at 204lbs. Now I want to get down to around 180 or so.
Thanks,
Pete
