Ezekiel products
I was wondering if Ezekiel cereal is an ideal source of carbs. I have been blending uncooked oats in with my morning shake for a few months but it has recently started to constipate me. I have switched to Ezekiel cereal and it seems better. Is this a good idea?
Side note, If that problem continues what do you think about adding a 1/2 cup of fiber one cereal in the morning?
Thanks guys.

I'd need to know which specific product so I can see the ingredients, but having said that, Ezekiel products are about as good as it gets next to 100% natural food.

You won't find it in the usual bread section of the grocery store - it's in the frozen section, IF they carry it. Whole Foods and Wegman's carry it for starters. Not sure what you have around you, but definitely look in the freezer section. Ask somebody to help you find it - the actual company who makes it (they also make bagels, english muffins, etc) is called 'Food for Life'. Good luck.

I got both the bread and cereal at ShopRite. Bread in the frozen food section and the cereal in the cereal aisle (near the granola).

Its the only carb I eat except for some fruits. Nothing is better than the cinnamon and raisen bread with almond butter and eggs in the morning...
I have been looking for the cereal and have had trouble finding it here in Arizona
