    staying lean year round?

What sort of tweaks are needed for bulking cycles to stay lean year round? I plan on cutting next year after i've gained more mass. I just completed a cycle currently but had a very clean bulk, avoided a lot of dirty foods. I've lost bodyfat as well as gaining lbm and I feel as if the more bodyfat I will lose the healthier I will feel. So in general how do most of you guys tend to maintain a lean body year round including for bulking?

also any links to great tutorials I can read to improve my diet knowledge?

Just keep your diet clean. There's no much trick in it.
If you cheat, you won't stay lean.
If you are consistent and disciplined with your diet, It will show.

^x2...i actually noticed more definition when I was on my clean bulking diet (my first time following a STRICT diet) and i had about one/two cheat MEALS every 2 weeks...

You can't just overload on calories - u have to do so with regard to your TDEE, and if done correctly.. u'll put on size without taxing yur bf%

I stay around 10% all year. I'm fortunate to not care to much for crappy food in the first place...its hard because I travel so much for work, you just have to be determined, don't get lazy. My biggest pitfall is sodium...when you are forced to buy meals prepared by someone else they are usually loaded.

It's just like anything else in life. The effort you put in is directly related to the results you get out.
