question about cutting
trying too lose 10 more pounds quick question im 6ft 195 how much fat and carbs should i take in daily too lose 10 more pounds i eat 5 too 6 small meals a day and i cardio hard in the morning then workout after wards but i think i need too monitor my carbs and fat intake more just curious how much of each i should eat daily thanks

At 6 ft and 185 lbs i can only imagine an under weight lankey person.

okay baseline agree with that so lets change the question i really only want too lose the excess fat around the waist my body fat is 17 percent or so so without losing any muscle how would i lose that fat only and maintain size

You should start by posting your current diet as that is usually when most people slip up.

diet is as follows
cardio in the a.m. protein bar after that then lift after lift 40 gram shake thats about 9a.m
12- 2 packs of oatmeal and 20 gram shake
3pm-4 o.z.lean beef like 96 and 4 fat and a 1 slice of wheat bread
6 pm -2 tablespoon of all nat peanut butter on 4 all wheat crackers and 1 can of tuna
before bed 1 50 gram casein shake
also i do about 20 too 25 minutes cardio in the morning treadmill usually
i do this 5 or 6 days a week and lift after every one

look at some of the stickies on howt to diet.
This diet is your problem.
do some research and come back with a plan
