Hey everyone I was hoping you guys could give me some critiques on my diet.

This is how I've been eating for about 3 months. I've always been very light because I did martial arts for years and always had to stay under 135lbs for my weight class.

Before I started this diet I was at 136lbs 3 months ago and yesterday I weighed in at 157lbs. Seems like a huge gain but I think it's because I never lifted weights like I do now and eat so much.

BTW I'm 19 and about 5'8 and probably 8- 10% BF, used to be probably 4-5%.

DIET:

MEAL 1-
Protein Bar- 20g Protein
6 Egg Whites
Bowl of Oatmeal

MEAL 2-
Yogurt
Almonds and Walnuts

MEAL 3-
6oz Chicken
Cup of rice, pasta, or a potatoe
Cup of veggies

MEAL 4 (Pre Work Out)
2 scoops of Weight Gainer-22g Protein, 38g Carbs, 300 Calories

MEAL 5 (Post Workout)
2 scoops of Weight Gainer

MEAL 6-
6oz Meat
Cup of rice, pasta, or a potatoe
Cup of veggies

MEAL 7-
Wheat Toast w/ Peanut butter

-I drink atleast 1 gallon of water a day
-Take a multivitamin before bed


Any suggestions would be great seeing as I wanna get my diet down solid before doing a cycle. Thanks!
