6'1" 350lbs and disgusted!!!!! Please help

Hey guys im 28yrs old 6' 1" tall and around 350lbs. I own my own company that requires me to be on the run pretty much most of the day and it is hard for me to eat healthy or so ive told myself for the last 3 years. Ive always been big and i was my biggest 6 years ago at around 400lbs before going to prison. In prison i walked non stop and worked out and got all the way down to 252 upon leaving on may 2007. Ive gained 100 lbs since my release and im sick and disgusted with myself. Im not looking for any cheats and i know its gonna be hard work as ive been down this road before but i want to be healthier and feel better. Im looking for any help and guidance! Im really looking for the proper diet and a workout program to help me get back down to around the 250 mark. If anyone could help i would be very grateful of your help and knowledge and i would like to have someone i can help me with my progress as i go! Thanks in advance guys!

It's hard to help you without a starting point - why don't you post up your current diet and we can take it from there? If you have no diet routine, spend some time in this forum researching other people's diets and look at the suggestions and tweaks made - you will learn alot. Then, post up your own diet based on the research and we can help you with it from there.

I would suggest the best way is to get help... sounds like you have had a problem in the past.. seek out a professional fitness trainer.. have him put you on a program to get you started .. cut calories and fat by cutting all junk food..
balanced meals 5 times a day.. probably no more than 400-500 cals per sitting .
heavy cardio.. 30-60 minutes first thing in the morning... like treadmill or eliptical...
weight 4 times a week ...before cardio... about 30 minutes... rep range 10-20 reps per ..
but good money spent to have someone really show you and track your progress for a month or so.. then once you have been shown keep following what you learned...

    good luck..

Bro, people aren't going to do the work for you. Like I suggested above, you need to spend some time in this section looking at other people's diets, the critiques, changes, etc. and then come up with your own and post it up here. Nobody is going to design a diet for you. I'm not trying to be a di(k, just saving you the hassle of bumping your own thread over and over that nobody's going to respond to.

If you're 100% committed like you state above, spend the time doing what i'm telling you and I promise people will help out.

this is a good start. Watch all six videos. About 1 hr and half long. When your done....watch them again. Take notes. Got to lift and do cardio too. Got to get real with yourself (I needed to as well) and just do it. There is no magic to it.....takes time and hard work.
