Question up all night researching diets.....if you can help please do....

    24yo
    6'3
    333 lbs.
    30% BF

ok i calculated my TDEE it was 4008
    When multiplied by activity 1.55

    ok that being said

i was researching and found KCALS.....

370 + (21.6 x lean mass kg) this is how i got my lean mass correct if wrong
    i took 333 x .30(BF%) = 99.9......i just made it 100
    ok 333 - 100 = 233...is this my lean mass...

    370 + (21.6 x 105.90) then i took 233/2.2 that would put my weight
in kg...which is 105.90...correct if wrong

    2657.44= 370 + (21.6 x 105.90)
did the math and got a BMR of 2657.44

    2657.44 x 1.55 = 4119
timed my BMR by activity which is Moderate
3-5 days a week......it ask to multiply your
    BMR by 1.55

    And i got 4119 Kcals....

Ok with this being said i was checking if this was correct.....
is this the amount of calories that i am supposed to consume....

My goals are of course to loose weight, get my BF% down to about 15% now i know there is alot tweeking to do to my diets soon to come.........i also wanting to gain nice good lean mass.... Thanks disregard the other post if you didnt catch this one first...lol ...im a new guy and just trying to reach my goals...and also i never been on a diet and think that im ready for one...

333lb. @ 30% - are you guessing that you're at 30% or did you get tested?

Get on a decent diet and do cardio PWO and in the AM on an empty stomach. Increase your activity and reduce your calories. You'll drop weight, and stay focused.
