I am thinking of going on a little diet experiment of sorts.

A little history about me. I am in my late 30’s, ex collegiate athlete, I ran some fairly heavy cycles back in the late 80’s / early ninty’s ( I did not use any PCT back then,,, no one did). My cycles were mostly testosterone driven ( sostenon, Cypionate ).

I am currently on HRT/TRT because I apparently did some damage lately (I did a couple of cycles over the last couple of years and ran the usual PCT at the right time but really never recovered right EVEN with the PCT,,, go figure).

Long Story short, Right now on a Endo prescribed HRT treatment (200MG test C every 2 weeks) .. will be splitting in up into 100mg every week FYI.

My Last blood tests showed the following,

Total test = 698

Normal range determined to be 280 – 1100

% free testosterone = 2.82

Normal range determined to be 1.5 – 2.2

Testosterone Free = 196.7

Normal range determined to be 35 – 155

Personal history and current stats: I train 5 times a week… mixing core movements with cardio as well as isolation exercises.

5 ft 11 and 195 LBS about 14 to 15% body fat. Late 30’s in age.

Here is the diet that I’d like to consider but I’m not quite sure if it will be adequate for my needs (add muscle and loose the fat). Diet remains a mystery to me. Any experienced bros’ out there willing to offer some advice????
