Like to know
Ok so im 6 ft i weigh 230 and i just took one of those body fat % things that the trainers have at the gym that you hold in your hands. It said i have a % of 22. he said to give or take 5%. So anyways . iam looking for some help from you about a diet and schedule. I mean i have been in the gym for almost a year and work out hard.i do not do to much cardio.im not trying to be super lean and ripped just in better form. lol
Please dont just say yeah your fat and bite my head off lol . i know iam fat and need work but im trying just need soem help and guidance. Im in the gym 6 days a week.And would like some help from you all if i could get it please

Start by reading up in the diet section for a while. Try to figure out by reading other post what you think might be a good diet/routine for yourself then start asking questions. Post your diet and let people help you.
How long have you been in the gym 6 days a week? Obviously keep it up and dont look for quick results. It all takes time. It took time to put the fat on and will take time to get it off.
If you just take it one day at a time and dont look at it as a mission but just as a way of life/routine it goes much faster and easier.
I started a little over 2 years ago at 205+ 5' 8" close to your body fat, not quite but close. My pictures are in my profile. Im not ready for any competitions but a pretty good change.

Hey thanks. I tried to goto your profile but it says i dont have permission . So its still to early to take anything. I have been in the gym for almost a year and the last 2-3 months religiously hitting it harder and harder and going 6 days a week for about a month maybe a lil over. But had to take almost 2 weeks off almost 2 months ago for i got neuomonia or some shit like that. bad ass cough and breathing . Still havent fully recovered really

As for helping you, I must have missed you asking a question. All I got was that you go to the gym regularly, these are you pics (crappy tats. included at no additional charge), and HELP!

Regardless of what you think I think I gave him some decent advice. He doesnt need to follow it.. Im not Jesus afterall.
But in future Ill just wait for you to answer everyones questions eh? You seem to know everything about everything.

DAMN you really want to join the short time list dont you? Your first comment was over the top and uncalled for. I'm not into Tatts but I am not going to judge someone by their choice of them either and I believe this is a NON flame zone?
He is here for Diet help, not artistic advise or opinions.
Back on point.
Just by reading several of the other questions and answers in this area should give you an idea of what to expect. Read the sticky notes on top of course and see if you can come up with an idea of what you think a good diet might be for you and post it. There are many who will help tweak it for you and make suggestions.
As for getting sick a month or so ago and just getting over it is the worst time to think about doing a cycle. Doing AAS should only be considered when you have reached or nearly reached your natural potential. Why do with AAS what you can do easier, healthier and more permanent with Food/Diet?
I know most people think hey this is where I was at before xxx and now I want a short cut to get back but it's best to get back there naturally especially if your body fat is a little high.
Also, 1 month in the gym is NO time at all, 6 months is a short time. After 2 years I feel I have just started to really make progress but it was about a year into it before I did my first cycle but I should have waited really until about now.

@thisbmine - Coming in here with 100 posts and mixing it up with the vets is no way to get off on the right foot. I'm not saying the vets are gods and you have to suck their d**ks, but be respectful to them and your fellow board members, that's really all it takes.

Yeah I have the same bet with another one. We seem to be getting a lot of young newbies lately who like to back talk the vets/mods and think their sh*t doesn't stink. Typical 16 - 20 yr old who are not mature enough to realize how much they don't know.
Wouldn't it be nice to be 16 and know everything again?

Well thanks for all the advice some was helpful and well the others were just retarded .but hey thanks for that anyways. So i have been looking into the diet plans and a older guy in teh gym but he is super ripped and does competition and hid son is competing in mr U.S.A i think he said. Is helping me out with a great protein and diet plan. So when i get it from him and come up with my own i will post up and see what you all think. Thanks again sooo much for the help and guidance
