A Fat Hardgainer - such a thing?
When I hear the word hardgainer, I immediately think of somebody with an Ectomorph bodytype - skinny, frail looking, tough time gaining muscle or fat.
Most Endomorphs have that soft body, but don't seem to have a problem gaining muscle - I think they have more of a tough time shedding bodyfat, and 'hardening' up.
Have you ever heard of a person who is a fat hardgainer? Somebody who cannot shed bodyfat when that is the goal, but also cannot gain muscle (but can EASILY put on fat) when that is the goal?
