question about carbs
i am on a cutting diet and i go too bed around 11pm or so whats the latest i want too take in carbs 4pm or so i was thinking?

not including the shakes i eat about 6 i drink a shake right after workout am and the caisen shake right before bed

Limit them as much as you can after 5pm, you'll be fine - carbs aren't THAT bad

Depends on your activity levels in the evening also. If you're training in the eve's then refueling your glycogen stores post workout thorugh carbs is vital otherwise you'll burn out. If you train earlier in the day then limiting carbs as you go is a good idea.
My last meal of the day is normally pro/fat like cottage cheese and maybe a few almond nuts or a casein shake.

yea i workout AM so i am goin 2 limit them too before 5pm so the only carbs i take in is the casien shake before bed and the natural peanut butter

I eat 7 meals a day, and drop carbs for the last 3 meals, with the exception of fiberous veggies. That's just my personal preference though, it's not like a rule or anything!

The simple lesson to take is when activity levels decline so too should energy (carb & fat) intake, as you're using less glycogen stores they don't need replenshing!.
So as you say working out AM later in the day and presuming you don't have a physical job your energy requirements will be lowered.
As gbrice says fiberous veg's are a-ok pretty much all day!
