    Is this possible?

I have been running a pretty strict diet since middle of february, mostly CKD towards then end I ran a modified V-Diet. Anyways, I dropped down from 205 to a pretty shredded 176. I kept most of my muscle and burned a lot of fat.

Haha, so what happened was these past 2 weeks I just came off my V-Diet, And I have been SUPER hungry, constantly hungry all day long. Seems like my stomach is a bottomless pit. I have been eating pretty clean foods just a LOT more than usual. Now I weigh 195 and I look like shit. Retaining a shit load of water. Almost cant even see my top 2 abs now. Before when I was 176 I had a full six pack with veins running through my stomach. Now I look like a total fat ass in just under 2 weeks. According to the scales I gained 19 lbs in like 12 days?! Is this even possible? I feel like shit...

Not even on cycle. Just my usual TRT dose

I'm sure it's 95% water, so don't worry. Your body isn't used to having alot of carbs due to the CKD, so once you started pounding them your body is just holding on.

Lower the carb intake, watch sodium intake, drink a shitload of water and do your cardio - you'll be fine. I get like this over a single weekend sometimes!

this is the one reason why i dont agree with these cdk diets, first off most of the wieght lost is water, there good for the short term, but in the long run, you are difficient in all the essential nutrients your body needs to grow, ie - fibre, waxy maize and sugar ; all these things are needed in the long haul for your health and muscular growth imo...

i would stick to a moderate carb, moderate fat and high pro diet to lose wieght, along with cardio once or twice a day...

Well stated, when you gain back 19lbs in two days it tells you it is just water and your glycogen stores filling up again. It also tells you those 19lbs you lost was just water and glycogen depletion, not fat loss. I am obviously not a fan of Keto either.

I went from 184lbs to 177lbs in 3 weeks when I ran a CKD, and just looked like a smaller version of myself - I did not see any notable fat loss. The pic in my current avy was taken during my CKD, and you can see just how small I look (I gotta change that pic!!!).

A week after getting back on a 'regular' diet, I was right back up to 184lbs again. At the moment, i'm sitting at 197lbs but have also been taking in more calories/day.

Well, I have lost a little bit of the water weight. I think this will be the last time I run CKD. I thought I was making some good progress but I have a nice bit of flab on my stomach after I gained all the water back. Muscles are looking a lot fuller which is nice but still not "chiseled" like I was before. Oh well, changing up my diet.
