My diet sucks
Age 25
HT 6'2
weight 210
Im gonna be starting my Test prop Anavar cutting cycle and peeps were saying my diet is horrible on hear so i was wondering if someone can help me out. Heres a basic idea of what i eat during the day right now i train MMA and im not on a cycle. I need to fine tune this diet for my cycle. Thanks
Breakfast: 7:30am Regular Oatmeal with a banana, brown sugar, and flax meal mixed in. A glass of either oat or almond milk. 60 mg of optimum lean protein drink
1st break at work: 10am I usually eat a organic survival bar with some broccoli or a protein bar with some vegitable
Lunch 12pm sandwich no cheese or mayo. usually a veggie sandwich with wheat bread and a salad no dressing. Something like that it changes every day. 60 mgs protein drink
2nd break 230pm some fruit and a bar
630pm dinner random stuff u get the idea. I shop at Goodwins organic whole foods store so theres plenty of low fat good foods to pick from

I think saying you need to fine tune it is an understatement. If you want good results you need to completely overhaul it and start from scratch.

Were's the BEEF!?? You need more protein. When you think you have eaten enough protein....eat more. Key is is eat more frequently but smaller meals all day long. Protein needs to be in all meals

I would not take a cycle anytime soon because you haven't reached your potential by eating correctly yet. No offense, but that diet is terrible for your goals!
