    Help Please!!!!!

Hi guys, ive encountered abut of a problem and need some advice, or reassurance that there isnt a real problem

Im currently dieting for my first competition, but in the past 2-3 weeks ive seen a slight increase in my weight, rather than it going down, even though im sticking to my diet

My diet will total 13 weeks and im 6 weeks out now

    My diet is the following...

    Meal 1 - 50g porridge oats & 50g whey (with creatine & glutamine)
    Meal 2 - Chicken breast, 50g pineapple & 2 oat cakes
    Meal 3 - 100g cottage cheese, 50g pineapple & 2 oat cakes
Meal 4 - 75g wholemeal pasta, chicken breast & veg
    Meal 5 - 50g whey (with creatine & glutamine)
    Meal 6 - 100g cottage cheese

I cycle my carbs and increase them slightly every Tuesday & Saturday (i also replace my meal 5 shake with a cheat meal on a saturday)

I do 20minutes cardio in the morning before meal 1, and 20minutes straight after my training, im also using clen (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off) and t5s when im not using clen

I have got leaner, and can see alot more definition, all the lads in the gym say that im looking sharper every week but the scales are playing mind games with me, i weighed in at 12stone 5pounds when i started my diet, the lowest ive been is 11stone 6pounds (last saturday morning), yet i weighed myself yesterday morning and im 11stone 8pounds?????

People are saying its just water retention (im using nandrotest 500, 1ml every monday & thursday) but im worried that i might not hit peak condition for the show in 6 weeks time

Im going to start introducing 20minutes cardio at night, before my last meal for the next 6 weeks which is what i planned to do anyway, but im just wondering if my diet seems to be ok and the weight increase is nothing to worry about, or weather i should make some changes for the next 6 weeks?????

    Thanks

If you can list the total macros for the diet and post a picture that would go along way towards giving you some advice. Also, at 6 weeks out you should be doing weekly bodycomps, this will tell you whether you are losing fat or not.
