lowered cal. now cant poop..
so i lowered my calories by a lot this last week.. i have to make weight for a fight on Thurs... but now that im not eating a lot i am not shitting at all i have shit once in the las 3 days so im not loosing the weight.. what do i do?

The less you eat the less you shit...I know when I'm cutting I don't go as often...Try some fiber to help ya out...Prune juice cleans me out!!

Um yeah when you do that your body slows its metabolism therefore you'll shit less .
Happened to me all the time back in the wrestling days.
If you have a sauna or steam room anywhere around you go in it with a hoodie and sweat pants for half an hour. You'll loose up to 5 pounds.

Fruits and vegetables and fiber will do the trick.
If you are trying to make weight you should get it out.

i take Psyllium Husk fiber it worked great till i lowered my calories now it wont even work... and i will cut the water weight the day of weigh ins but i still have 2 days before that and im 5 lbs heavier than i wanna be right now... last night i broke diet just to get something in my stomach to help me shit.. and i did thismorning but it kinda balanced out what i ate last night.. so its a no win for me.. if i dont eat i dont shit so i dont loose weight

Just buy an OTC laxatives... if that still doesn't work.. and the fiber still isn't helping either.. then go to the Doc and he'll prescribe you a stronger form of laxative.
(.... at least it aint horrific diarrhea though hahahahaha!) gotta keep optimistic bro!

and to top it off i have an infection on my skin.. so i just started taking antiboitics... this will probablly make it even harder to shit... right?

In all seriousness... have a smoke. It is proven that having a sig stimulates something in you than makes you feel like going, especially if you don't smoke.

If you are an experienced fighter you should know the tricks to cutting weight. First you need to be within 10 pounds or so within the target weight. 4-5 days before the fight over do the water intake to force your body to excrete urine at a much more frequent pace than it normally would, maybe 3 gallons per day or in that area. Not only will this flush the fluid but additional excess. 2 days before cut to 1 gallon and the day before restrict all fluid intake. Fluid loss is the key to cutting so cutting. Cutting fluid could cut 5-6 lbs as you are always excreting fluid of some sort. Exercising to create sweat could take off another 5 lbs pretty easily in 24 hours. A simple cardio fight circut should do it. Those two combined should get you close to the 10 lbs.. Never take anything stronger than a mild laxative as you will suffer on fight day. I hope you have been through this before because then you need a quick recovery program as well to get your body back into condition to fight starting right after the weigh in.
I will warn you that cutting is an art that takes practice and some trial and error to get it right consistently. If this is your first cut you could be jeapordizing your chances of fighting to the best of your ability.

ok.. thanks for the help on cutting but that is not my question.. it isnt my first cut... but im trying to get within 10lbs of my fight weight before i start to cut.. thats where the problem lies... i fight at 140 i wanna cut water from 150 but right now im 157 at night will probablly be 154 in the am and was hoping to start my cut at 150lbs on thrus am. but without shitting how will i loose those 4-5 lbs. and if i eat to shit that will add more weight

Ok so I assume you are a boxer as there is no 140lb weight class in mma.. That said you have a 147 and 154 weight classes that you probably should be fighting in. No offense bro but if you are walking around 17-20 lbs outside your current class you are not fighting in your correct weight class. Why not cut to 147 and fight there? When is the weigh in?

no i fight MMA... will usually do 135 but this fight is a catch weight of 140. and most people walk around about 20 over there weight class... if u have some good advice on how to cut weight and how to rehydrate properly i would love to here it.... i weigh in tomorrow night at 6pm. but my initial question was how to drop this last 4 lbs of real weight before i start my cut... any advice on that would be good too... but its kinda too late for that now... i cut weight tomorrow
