AAS & Calories - What's the deal?
Hi:
I'm currently cycling sustanon (250 mg twice a week - 10 weeks). I know they say you should consume 2 grams of protein by body weight but how many calories per body weight should I consume? Also how many grams of carbs should I consume. Prior to starting sustanon, my plan was:
15 cals per body weight (pounds) TOTAL
Of that 1 gram of protein per body weight (which I upped to 1 1/2 grams while on AAS)
1/2 gram of fat per body weight
And the remainder of cals in carbs.
Of course, I want to get more muscle mass but ideally, I'd like to get the body fat lower, too. Is this not ideal?
