    When in a pinch

    What are some healthier fast food choices you guys eat when in a pinch for time and have to eat?

    Grilled chicken sandwich without mayo and I take off one of the buns. Most fast food places have a grilled chicken sandwich.

    Agreed, that would be your best choice if you HAVE to. They're still crap though, so try to do this sparingly.

    Yeah absolutely. I very rarely eat fast food but there are times where Im on the road and either eat something or dont eat at all.

    I have heard there that Taco Bell has a new healthier section to their menu. Anyone try it or know if the macros are decent?

    Why do you get rid of half the bun, to cut down on the carbs?

    yea u go too taco bell site u will see the diet menu they have there not too bad there is like 5 items look like a good choice when u have too go fast food take a look

    Seriously? Fast food as a substitution 'diet' meal and not a cheat meal? How about going to a deli and eating a cold-cut sandwich and deal with those preservatives instead of the preservatives of a fast-food chain which are way worse.

    Not trying to knock you - but if you're eating fast food - healthy choice or not - that's a cheat meal. Those healthy choices are healthy choices for our obese friends.

    Anyway, if you cook out your food and tupperware them - this shouldn't be a problem, even if you're on the road a lot. Just pull over for 5 minutes or eat on the drive like I do. Cops haven't saw me yet!

    Any fastfood chain has their nutrition stats online, so if you HAVE to eat fast food for whatever reason just look up what is best before going
