AAS and Calories - What's the deal?

    Hi:

I'm currently cycling sustanon (250 mg twice a week - 10 weeks). I know they say you should consume 2 grams of protein by body weight but how many calories per body weight should I consume? Of course, I want to get more muscle mass but ideally, I'd like to get the body fat lower, too. Is this not ideal?

    Thanks.

    Ken

The only way to get an accurate answer to your question is for you to find out what your TDEE is. Research on this site and/or internet, find your number and you can adjust calories based on that. Anything else is just winging it and guessing.
