So What Do You Guys Drink?
I would like to see what you guys drink with your meals when you are dieting and such. I tend to drink massive amounts of water but sneak a gingerale in every once in a while. How about you? Some of us such as myself do get tired of water and are unsure of what can be a healthy substitute.

I drink diet cherry dr pepper. It is possibly the best diet drink ive had. If you can get the diet lemonade at subway or chick fil a while you are out, this too is delicious. Before the soda is bad mmmk posse jumps in, I should note I only have maybe one or two a week.

Egg whites,coffie, tea no sugar, diet whatever, lots of water. Liquid protien bcaa, occasionaly beers on the weekend, followed by an azz load of water.

Diet green tea is amazingly good. I also drink alot of water and an occasional diet coke.

50% water 50% skim milk and protein powder with every meal 12 ounces total.
When I start cutting the milk will go bye bye.

water, non fat milk, powerade zero, tons of crystal light (raspberry lemonade), horchata after workouts
