    hey guys newbie

hey guys. let me tell you a little about myself before i get started with questions. im 26yrs old 5'10 about 170-175lbs and been lifting weights on and off for about 12yrs now. over the past yr ive been training harder then ever imo. the past few months ive been doing mixed martial arts. mon and tues are 2hrs each and thurs im in there 4hrs. on off days i try and lift.

    my diet consists of,
breakfast 3 egg whites and oatmeal
    snack is protein shake
    lunch chicken with brown rice
    snack shake or bar
dinner is salmon or tuna fish
work out and then another shake.
(i mix up eating the foods every day)

ive noticed some difference in dropping some body fat and gaining alittle muscle. does my diet sound right? i really want to lean out because ive never tried to get ripped before. any info to help me out is greatly appreciated.

    thanks sean

You will have to break down you calories and protein/carbs and fat if anyone will be able to help.

IMO that doesnt look like enough food... but hard to say with a vague list of items pal.

    good luck
