chocolate milk
i've heard someone in my gym mention that he drinks chocolate milk (nesquick chocolate powder, and mix it with milk) he drinks that instead of protein. is that any good ? and could any1 expand an tell me why an what it does if any1 knows ? thanks.

Its just sugar, coco and milk. If you're bulking and really need extra calories, that will give them to you. But it is NO substitute for protein.

a lot of people like to drink it post workout because of its diverse profile

so if i drink that then a few hours later have a protein drink, workout, have another protein drink. then a few hours later have another chocolate milk, will tha be ok, baring in mind, the protein drink i'm gonna be taking is 52g per serving. ? thanks for the replys aswell guys !!
