How's my diet looking?
My goal is a clean bulk and I'm eating roughly 500cals above my tdee.
Just would like some opinions on my diet..
Pro/carb/fat
Meal 1 9am
120g oats
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
Half scoop of protein (for flavour)
5g glutamine/multi vit/ vit C
55/75/22
Meal 2 11.30am
170g(6oz) grilled chicken breast
170g brown rice
170g fiberous vegies
60/60/10
Meal 3 2pm
Same as meal 2
60/60/10
Meal 4 4.30pm
185g tuna (large tin)
2 serves of 100% wholegrain vita wheats
30g of sugar free natural musli or oats
5g creatine
45/50/20
Train at 5.45pm
Meal 5 7pm
Pwo shake
Whey and multidextrin carbs
5g creatine
40/40/0
Meal 6
170g grilled chicken or steak
Small portion of sweet potato or brown rice
Large salad with viniger and 1 tbs olive oil
60/50/25
Meal 7
Casien shake
2tbs natural peanut butter
5g glutamine
50/10/20
Total
370/345/107 3823 cals

Yea I was thinking of taking pics on the cutting phase..
My body tends to store fat when I'm in calorie surplus no matter how clean eat. I know it's part of bulking but any suggestions to avoid it? Maybe more cardio?
Routine atm is
Chest bi
Legs
Shoulders tri
Back traps
Cardio 7km run (35 mins)
Repeat
And I do a warm up on weight days 5-10mins on a bike or rower.
What do you think man?

Yea I guess it comes with gaining muscle when your in calorie surplus lol thought I'd ask anyway though. You look in good shape in your avatar bro!

My avatar pic was taken right after I finished running a keto diet - I got down to 177lbs but hated it! I look all skinny! Right now i'm sitting at around 200lbs but of course put on some bodyfat. Need to update my pic. Thanks though!
