    Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Hey everyone.. I keep reading and reading in these forums trying to learn a good way to diet. I really want to shed the fat I gained being sick for half a decade.... and get back to my normal size which is about 180-185...where right now im 215-220 and 27 y/o. Im in the Gym on a Eliptical for a good 30 mins a day... at least... and some light lifting with lots of reps working a different muscle group every day.
    I wake up and eat 2-3 eggs... usually scrambled or some oatmeal. I will eat a piece of chicken a couple hours later. Lunch consists of another piece of meat and some veges... inbetween lunch and dinner I will usually have a shake and then for dinner more meat and veges. I try to mix up the protein source with chicken and steak with every meal.. I need to add some fish. Anyways I want to shed my fat as fast as possible.. really feeling like a fat @$$ and hating it! If Im doing anything wrong please let me know as to getting ridda all this excess fat is my main goal right now. I know I have an extremely high BF % since being laid up for over 5 years while being depressed, not able to move and having to eat sugar and carbs to survive with a bad tummy ache from all the medicine they had me on. I have been well for just over a year and have only dropped 20 lbs... if that with a workout a good 5 days per week... I have had friends reccomend cycles of HGH, and another who thinks taking winstrol and dbol would help.. but I know by reading here that info is not correct. I did read HGH would help burn fat but I dont know if It would be good to take yet. I really need some help... any suggestions... videos.. anything to improve fat loss is appreciated more than I could ever say. I need help and any is appreciated! THANKS!

    Start witht the "Stickies". Watch these vids So you wanna learn how to Diet?

    Write down and post your diet and workout including all macros (if you don't knwo what these are you will after reading & watching the vids.

    Once you have it down, post it up and folks will help you fine tune it. It seems slow on the Diet forums these days, so be patient.

    Yea I watched all 6 videos... and what he is talking about is pretty much what Im doing. I think where I was going wrong is some days I just do not eat that much and that throws my Metabolic Rate off... and basically screws me over! No more of that... Im going to be happy as helllll to grub 6 times a day... basically pure meat! I know one things for sure.. Im the type that gains weight a little easier than others... and have a high body fat.. forgot the name but I know Im not the body builder.. lol no muscles yet... and I know im not the guy who cant gain a LB! LOL... so Im just hoping all I have to do is keep eating tons of meat and veges with my oatmeal as my Starchy Carb for the day... just gonna be hard to stay away from all the breads!
    There was one part I was unsure about maybe someone can help me with here.. and that is the sugars. He said the body needs sugar after a workout and to use a simple carb... so would that mean eat a apple or an orange as it contains a natural sugar?? Also it would be fine to drink a gatorade while working out and after or just one of the two? I have a huge vitamin supplement as well, a multi vitamin, a c complex, a mineral, and a oxy pill... should I still take while on this diet? Is there anything Im missing or does It sound like I have a good understanding?

    I do have one other question... if you were able to afford HGH... would it be good to get on while trying to loose weight like I am.. or better to wait to loose the weight? I just read it helps a lot in burning off fat..building lean muscle. and since I can afford it i was thinking of maybe giving it a shot... any suggestions on that one?

    Thanks again... those videos helped me understand whats going on with me and I think will help a TON!
