keto diet...zero or few carbs
hey guys im using the keto diet during my cutting and i found my optimum nutrition whey protein has 3g carb per serving...i have around 3-4 daily. can 9-12g carb a day mess up ketosis or should i have ZERO carbs daily? i dont mind buying a zero carb whey protein but i thought id ask before i waste the money.

not at all, you can have up to 30g of carbs a day and not risk ruining your ketosis

It can vary from person to person.
Shoot for 0. Some ppl get kicked out of Keto on 20 per day.

Don't worry about getting kicked out of ketosis, you don't have to stay there 24/7 to loose

interesting....I have been at about 100 grams of carbs per day for like 16 days now how much more dramatic would the fat losing effect be if I dropped to 0-30??

lets keep on track....im pretty sure its safe to say <20g will keep you in ketosis well. I am at about 12g so pretty much nothing.

your never going to get zero, just wont happen. a few here and there will be fine i try to keep it under 25 when im doing it.
