loose fat, gain muscle
hey im trying to loose some fat and gain some good muscle, i do 5-6 nights of weight for 1 hour and cardio running intence for 20 mins, i bike 8 miles a day, for work
what would be a good meal plan to gain good muscle and loose some fat,
i do protein shakes, low isolate, i take Tribulus pro and bcaa plus. thanks
