Someone make me a diet
Hey someone that has reasonable knowledge make me a ideal diet.
right now i go like this
4 whites 2 whole eggs / bagel
workout
2 scoop whey
pbj sandwich
tuna salad
mma training
4 oz chicken breast cup of broccolli and 2 scoop protein
id like to shape it up maybe someone can help
i weigh 175 and am lookn to cut to 168 in a month around 11% bf

i wanna hit like 300 G of protein and around 2000-2500 calories less then 40g of fat and 100g of carbs

A.) bad title - no1's going to write up a diet for u - u have to post one and we work with it
B.) 300 pro/ 100 carb/ 40< fat? fat does not put on fat! - those macros suck..100g carb is really low - with good carb sources and correct timing - you will still lose wight
C.) write your diet plan again - this time with macros (cal/pro/carb/fat) and then we'll help the diet... we'll tell u to knock out meals.. add this..etc..
off the bat:
drop the bagel
have a carb source in the pwo shake (oats or waximaize - or if your a fan of the dextrose/maltodextrin) or if you eat as soon as you get home (whey immeadiate pwo in gym) then eat home and have lean meat with carb source (sweet potato/brown rice/oats) ...
pbj sandwich - is garbage... chances r ur not getting true whole wheat bread -if your even eating it on that.. and pb is not a good protein source..and jelly? sugars! (no-no while cutting)
tuna salad..hm .. you could do tuna and mayo if you balance out your macros accordingly (count the fat in mayo towards diet .. etc)
just 4oz chicken ? have more and drop those 2 scoops -its a waste..
and how about casein/cottage cheese before bed..
^ take that advice and do it all..
foods: lean meats for pro/ complex carbs for carbs/ omega sources for fats & nuts/olive oil

My real timing diet as accurate as i can get it would look like this
9 am : 4 whites 2 wholes 1 bagel or id do 1 pack of applecinnamon oatmeal.
10am : workout
11 am: 2 sc whey
1pm: pbj
4pm : whole can of tuna not adding anyhting with salad
5:mma
7: chicken / protein thats how it really looks thru whole day
from what i understand pbjs are good for u for workout energy just cuz its what ive been doin and its been workin but maybe i should remove that add "STEak?" for that meal with a baked potatoe idk lol

If you are not prepared to educate yourself about diet and attempt to create one and post for critique, your pissing in the wind if you think one of us is going to do it for you!

Get educated, make your own diet, and then MAYBE somebody here will be nice enough to spend their time helping you out with it....

There are about 100 diet threads that have been critiqued in this forum that would be of ample use to you. Do some looking around and find one that fits into your liking.
That 300/100/40 split is the shits.

okay i obviously didnt mean to write make me a diet lol anyways! critique if im doing
2100 calories / 260 g protien / 160 g carbs / 30 g far / 50 g sugar
is that gunna work for lean build? thx! i did my caculations and thats the diet i started today so critique away ?
