Yea... at a glance i'd say you're not eating enough. If you want to post up a diet that actually contains some useful info, I can try and help. Look at the posted diets that get alot of critique, take note as to how they're posted and then do the same.

workout on empty stomach (cardio only)

    pro/crbs/fats
meal 1: wheetabix x2 8.6g/51.2g/1.6g unsure what milk would add to that
meal 2: some tuna 31g/0g/0.8g unsure what salad would add to this
meal 3: more tuna 31g/0g/0.8g unsure what mixed veg would add to this
meal 4:chicken (lots of it) and rice. basd on white rice 39.4g/193.1g/3.3g

    alltogether 110g/244.3g/6.5g

obv would go up a little with milk salad and veg.

You want as many small meals as possible. More than four. 6-8 throughout the day: eat every 2 hours. All meals must be centered around a lean meat/fish protein source. All meals must have a minimally processed energy source (usually complex carbs like oats or brown rice but also healthy fat like peanut butter and olive oil). Eat lots of fibrous green veggies. No sugar. No simple carbs. No non-meat saturated fat. Post one along those guidelines with macros and you'll be helped. Today.

meal 5:chicken (lots of it) 1 cup brown rice 39.4g/44.8g/3.3g
meal 6:casien protien shake with water 25.5g/1.9g/0.4g

    alltogether 139.8g/133.9/11.3

why should i eat 6 meals rather than 4?
how will this benifit me losing weight as theres more carbs added,if i used brown rice in the above meal 4: 39.4/44.8/3.3
so total would have then changed to pro 110g/carbs 97g/fats 6.9g compared to total above is less so therefor i thought would have been better?
    thanks
    nathan.
