    Need help with diet

    Hi

I need some help with my diet because im having a semi-hard time figuring it out considering my training. I am on a 10 week testo enanth cycle and looking to put on as much muscle as I can during this period.

    Right now my diet pretty much looks like this;

Breakfast: Oatmeal, 2 scoops whey, 2 slices of bread, milk or orange juice

meal 2: banana and a slice of bread

meal 3: chicken/beef/fish with rice or pasta with beef.

pre-workout shake, 2 scoops whey and glutamine

post workout shake, 2 scoops whey + glutamine

meal 4: same as meal 3.

Should I cut out the rice in my diet? I get very hungry when I dont eat rice and I get tired of pasta all the time. I also train MMA alot so im having a hard time getting bigger, I am staying at a solid 180 pounds on a 6 ft frame.

    Any help is appreciated.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, 2 scoops whey, 2 slices of bread, milk or orange juicedrop the shake, have egg whites with some whole eggs added

meal 2: banana and a slice of breadboth of these are high gi foods and serve little purpose whilst trying to keep hunger at bay, also there is no protien... i would have a lean meat and good source of carbs here like brown rice...

meal 3: chicken/beef/fish with rice or pasta with beef. lol, a meat mixture ! not a problem but why not sub some of the fish and chicken for your earlier meals !!!pre-workout shake, 2 scoops whey and glutamine

post workout shake, 2 scoops whey + glutamineFine, but how about carbs ?

meal 4: same as meal 3. fine

Where is the meal you eat right before bed time ?

i hope you haven't began the cycle because that diet needs serious work..

Please take the time to work out your TDEE, and list the macros for each meal, along with the total daily macros....

I have begun my cycle. I am willing to change my diet at once, and I am at my 1th week in the cycle so the enanth havent kicked in yet. Oh and I wasnt mixing meats, I meant I was having one of either.

I was thinking about following this diet religiously and mix it up once in a while. What do you think?

7.30am 1 scoop whey protein in water
8.00am breakfast Large bowl porridge made with 250ml skimmed milk + 2 tsp sugar
2 slices granary bread toasted + olive oil-based spread
Serving weight gain drink or MRP
200ml orange juice + 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
10.30am 2 tuna sandwiches (4 slices granary bread)
    Large banana
    12.30pm Large chicken breast
    200ml fresh vegetable soup
4 slices granary bread + olive oil spread
    Salad
    Low fat yoghurt
    3.00pm 6 oatcakes
    Tub cottage cheese
    Apple
45 mins pre-workout Glass skimmed milk
    Large handful mixed nuts
    TRAIN
Immediately post workout 2 scoops whey protein + 50g dextrose in water
7.30pm Lean steak or 2 pork chops
2 medium jacket potatoes or 100g boiled basmati rice
    Large serving of vegetables
    Low fat yoghurt
10.00pm Large bowl wholewheat breakfast cereal + 250ml skimmed milk + 2 tsp sugar
11.30pm 1 scoop whey protein in 150ml skimmed milk
    11.30pm bed
