New Lifter needs help from the Pros
Hi everyone,
Im 23 years old and feels as if my life is gonna be wasted due to my insecurity that I have with myself. Im about 6'3 280 lbs and have lifted for a 2 years but not very seriously lately.
Two years ago I was 240 which is when I meet my girlfriend and surely enough I let myself go after a while.
Im hoping I can get down to around 230, but im not sure exactly what I need to do. I know diet and Cardio are Step 1. I understand that. My problem is the diet part. Im not really sure what I need to do. I have probably read the posts on this site hundreds of times but I still cant grasp it.
Can anyone help me?
Im not a picky eater and im willing to do anything to get where I want to be. Im not a stranger to the gym and I have no problem going.
O, and i was wondering if anyone could tell me about any supplements (Fat burners, protein shakes, pretty much anything from a local gym or GNC) that would be beneficial to me.
So if you can could any of you give me some kind of diet/workout plan?
I would really appreciate it.

No doubt we can help you out. But we need you to do the work - post up your diet as accurately as possible and provide petinent info - i.e. time of day for each meal, where your workout falls, and macros for each meal in the format of protein/carbs/fat/total calories. We can certainly tweak the diet from that point.
