Nicotine constricts blood vessels, which is the opposite of what you want to do.

Hindering your gains to any noticeable degree? unlikely...
Good for your health...thats another story. Why not quit?

I chewed for years. After quitting I noticed zero difference in health, feeling, gains etc. but at the same time I got nothing from chewing other then satisfying my psychological dependence on it.

i would be more concerned with it affecting your appetite than anything else regarding AAS.. but as stated earlier, it is still not healthy, and i have yet to meet a chick who digs it.. so i suggest u quit if you are capapble of doing so
