Sunflower seeds and oil are very rich in unsaturated fats and omegas

I've just started buying tuna in olive oil and think that might be a better choice. It's usually labeled as Tonno in Olive Oil. Ingredients should be Solid White (or light) tuna, olive oil, salt. That's it.

While we're on the topic of oil equality, how does palm oil measure up?

I think palm is like vegetable oil. Harmless but doesn't offer much.
