    BF question

    How much BF does a BB usually have onseason and on stage?

    I have a buddy claiming he have 6% BF and i highly doubt that, he got clear abs but you cant see any musclefibres at all on his body....

    They can get down to 4-5% for a very short time the day of the comp. Your friend isn't at 6% if you can't see any striations. Have him post a pic in the members pictures section and we can take educated guesses!
