Cardio in the morning
Hey I have recently been taking this Chained Out (BCAA's and Amino Acids) in the morning in my shaker and then going to do cardio. Will this help not break down muscle tissue? or doing this have no effect on whether muscle gets burned?

I always heard that about 10 gms of BCAAs would prevent your muscles from breaking down while still allowing optimum fat burning. If preventing muscle breakdown is your only goal then 10 gms should be enough. If you eat too much before cardio your body will not burn fat, it will burn whatever you eat.
I think if you follow a Keto diet you should do cardio with nothing in your stomach at all. That is not something I agree with per se, but I do it anyway.
