    PWO carbs...high or low gycemic? or mix of both?

    i thought it was suppose to be high glycemic carbs post workout. I've been seeing so many people eating oats for their post workout carbs. anyone care to explain please?

    yep these a few threads about it on here, and theres no right answer.

    i use fast when im bulking and slow when im cutting.

    Either method will work, it's really personal preference. I noticed I attained more fat using things such as Dextrose. After I made the transition to oats, I realized this was a much more leaner source.
