I would like to be on a 3500 calorie diet but I dont have much of an appitite. 7 months ago I was 145 and 3 months ago I was 173 and now I am in between 170-175 but would like to be 185-190. I am starting a cycle soon but want my diet in check first. Is there anything I can take to help increase my apitite or any suggestions? Thanks
