Diet Question
Hey guys, quick question about this new diet I am trying out. I have the correct types of foods, (lean steak, chicken, whey, raw veggies, fruits, egg whites, tuna, oatmeal) I have 5 to 6 meals per day, just wanted to check my numbers and see if I am on the right track.
I am 32 yo, 6'3 245lbs 33%bf (guesstimate)
Goal is to lose body fat and some weight, maybe get down to 230.
Current intake is 2967 cal, 92 fat, 287 carbs, and 255 protein.
Mostly I wanted to see if my ration on carbs, fat and protein is good or if it needs adjustment.

Well those numbers tell me just about nothing, post your actual diet and I can see about tweaking it or seeing if it even needs adjusting.
