Hey guys, quick question about this new diet I am trying out. I have the correct types of foods, (lean steak, chicken, whey, raw veggies, fruits, egg whites, tuna, oatmeal) I have 5 to 6 meals per day, just wanted to check my numbers and see if I am on the right track.

I am 32 yo, 6'3 245lbs 33%bf (guesstimate)

Goal is to lose body fat and some weight, maybe get down to 230.

Current intake is 2967 cal, 92 fat, 287 carbs, and 255 protein.

Mostly I wanted to see if my ration on carbs, fat and protein is good or if it needs adjustment.
