Lost my apetite
So I am on a pretty good cycle and my I have lost my hunger. Any ideas?
I was eating
6am Breakfast 3 eggs with peanut butter toast
9am Shake and can of chicken or tuna
11am 6-8oz meat with vegatables and cottage cheese
130pm shake and can of chicken or tuna
430pm shake
530 6-8oz meat with pasta or vegatables and cottage cheese
900 shake
Now.... Im trying to live off shakes alone since I am not hungry. Force feeding myself fish and chicken just to choke down some calories and protein.

I know for me it's hard to eat the same stuff day after day, also the fear of gaining if i try something new or to incorporte something new. All i could say is maybe not be so rigid in fear of gaining or broaden your horizons, there is alot of good recipies on here. Have a look.

Half your diet is shakes, and you lost your appetite? WTF? Man up and eat some food!
Honestly, I wouldn't expect to see good gains on your cycle with that diet.
