I have been cutting for around 6 months now and I am down 48lbs and down to 327lbs and down to 19.4% bodyfat today. Going pretty well but I am going to switch to keto for a little bit to see if a change up will help with motivation. Just started keto yesterday and this was the daily intake:

8 whole eggs, 3 beef paddies (6oz each), 3 homemade brats (6oz beef each and spices with low salt), 1/2 cup almonds, 2oz cheese, 1 roasting chicken, 15oz shortribs, 2 servings of fishoil and 2 or omega 3s, 6oz of white fish. Then for lunch I had....Just kidding...that was spread through the day

This is my first time trying this type of diet, I have researched some but wanted to see what you guys here thought of my food choices/amounts.

Also I hear stimulants are bad for keto diets, is a couple cups of coffee in the AM with cream and one sweatener going to do much harm? Also what about post workout carbs? Nix them I would assume?
