Need help *USMC*
Alright first off, you guys are gunna hate this but im 21. I dont take AS. I take createin and OTC fat burners. I try to eat 6 meals a day generally deli turkey, ham, chicken breast sandwhiches and tuna and ramaen. I take B complex vitamins as well. My work outs consist all week full body work outs. Chest lats biceps triceps trap abs obliques calf raises squats and run 30 min. sat sunday rest. I cant burn enough calories to get a cut 6 pack. its there but it isnt big. it is rock hard bullet proof muscle and i can feel and 8 pack but it doesnt show threw worth shit. I kno there is fat over it but i think the muscle is just small. Worse yet I cant get my abs sore anymore. I do hangling leg lifts hanging obliques and crunch machine high weight low reps. i do it til muscle failure but no soreness and no size increase. I wanna take AS to get bigger gains because at thsi rate it will take me 4 years to get decent abs. But everyoen says kno. I think i need better diet to burn fat but i kno im burning way more calories than i take in I kno i do for a fact.

First of all, we LIKE to hear that you're 21 and don't use AAS. Now that we have that out of the way, let's get to the negatives.
The first alarming thing I see is that you say you do total body workouts 5 days a week. If that's true, you are most definitely overtraining. How can you expect to build muscle if it never has a chance to repair and grow?
Also, from the few things you listed, other then the tuna and maybe the chicken breast sandwiches, your diet sounds like sh!t. Ramen noodles for your carbs? C'mon bro!

Ok Devil Dog, As a former military guy myself i know how the marine work ethic can hinder you in the gym. Hard work is good but you're muscles dont' grow while you're working, they grow when you're resting. As a rule each muscle should get 48 hours minimum preferably 72 hours minimum after training to failure. Ramen noodles? Get rid of them. I know they're like 10cents a pack but they're loaded with sodium which will cause you to keep more subcutanous water. (probably part of why you're abs arent' showing) Replace that with brown rice or oats (no sugary crap in the oats), Possibley even sweet potatoes. (no butter) Just each chicken breast dont' make a sandwich out of it. Just some starting pointers here read up on a cutting/muscle maintenance/bulking diets here. It does a world of good

right on.. i was looking for constructive criticism and i got it. alright slow down on workin full body everyday and no ramaen. The thing about the diets on here is for people on gear so im afraid to indulge in 6k calories a day when my metabolic rate isnt that fast and i cant burn all that off without a longg gym time. Ill dig deeper into stickys. TY

^^agree'd Gear isn't gonig to increase your metabolism anyway, just better your protien synthisis. A cutting diet is the same for someone on a cycle as it is for someone who isn't on a cycle. Same with bulking and maintenance
