Workout Before Bed (PWO Meal)
I recently just got my shift changed at work. I now work 1pm to 1am and I plan on working out after work, eating, showering, and going right to bed. Question is, what should my pwo meal be? Note: I'll be asleep within an hour after working out so idk if it would be ideal to have a shake and then another meal. Thanks for the help guys
