Do you literally get home, eat the shake and oats and then hit the pillow? If not, how much time is there between the shake and when you lay down to sleep?

Your pwo shake should be quick, ie in and out of your system quickly

So not eating anoyher meal leaves u with nothing to fuel you through the night

Do your PWO shake as soon after the workout as possible then get in your last meal minutes before you hit the sack.

P.S. Alot of us use casien for our bedtime meal as it stays in the system quite a while. MUCH longer than whey.

Don't you wake up either in the mddile of the night or in the morning ravishing? If you train hard enough, you should.

If it is working for you, then don't change. That protocol is perfectly fine.

However, if you are losing weight (what are your goals) I'd suggest a few things.

A heavier preworkout meal, followed by a whey and waxymaize shake as soon as the weights drop. Walk home, shower, then eat a good meal.

OR keep the same pre meal, drink a waxy and protein shake DURING your routine - walk home, shower, and eat.

Like I said, if it ain't broke.....

    Keep LB'ing
