yesterdays intake how does it look?
176 grams protein 319.1g carbs 47g fat = 2084 caleries
trying to loose a bit of weight before a corse. bf 17ish 86kg 5ft8 24...want to loose weight but try to hold muscle. my food diary i on my blog.

I think lower the carbs and up the protein and fats a little. Imo you don't need 300g of carbs to cut.
