Diet question!
I was wondering if anyone knows of good frozen meals that you can just buy in the store? Truth is I really dont have much time to cook these days because of work and just overall time constraints...Anyone have any ideas or opinions?

This would've been better in the diet forum,
but frozen meals no bueno.
We all don't have tons of time to cook. We have jobs, family, school, etc.
Best way to do it is pick a night or two a week, and do your cooking then.
Package it up in tupperware, so it's ready to go and you can take it with you when you need to.

I see..was just wondering if there was a simpler way to get the proper nutrition, without having to cook every night..

Like I said don't cook every night.
I cook twice a week.
And I have it down to a science.
Takes me a little over an hour.
Surely you have an extra hour at night, TWICE a week?

Indeed I do...I just hate cooking..haha..but thats a great idea my man..But, in addition to that question..Any thoughts on certain types of meals? Think my diet has grown a little stale, all I eat are egg whites, tuna, chicken breasts, steaks..just looking to change it up a little bit and see if a change can improve my growth..any and all suggestions in terms of meals would be greatly appreciated..thanks guys!

That's a pretty vague question, and we couldn't answer it without knowing your stats, TDEE, current diet and goals....
