Postworkout Shake
My current supply is running low so I was going to get ON 100% whey, when I stumbled upon this:

Hadn't seen this before... what do you guys think? I have a hard time getting complex carbs in my system after a workout with how my schedule works so this is intriguing me. Says it has 24g protein and 23g carbs each serving. Found it for as low as $24 online for 3 pounds which works out to a dollar per serving if you use their servings, $2/serving using double scoops.
It's pricey so I don't wanna bother with it if it isn't worth it, thoughts?

I was thinking about getting it too - but it'd be alot cheaper to buy regular whey and just add your own oats - how hard can that be?

I've tried that before but never figured it out, I always end up with just about all the oats stuck on the bottom and I have to re-fill it about 10 times.

Just use a coffee grinder to get them really fine.

^^ this.
Personally, I like the whole oats in my shake. It's a little annoying to drink because I have to screw the top back on my shaker and shake it after each big sip to get them floating around again, but I actually enjoy chewing up the wet oats, it's a nice texture IMO. Once in a while i'll have a shake on the weekend that's a bit more rewarding (peanut butter, etc) and i'll grind em up - equally enjoyable to me.
